Data We Collect

When you use the Nasc Application, Nasc or its trusted partners may collect data from your device (mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer), including information which may directly or indirectly identify you. Your information may be kept in an identifiable format, or in an aggregate format which means that you cannot reasonably be identified from it. The information we collect about you includes:

If Nasc offers you the option to register, we may collect personal information to register with Nasc.
The data we gather includes your full name, e-mail, phone number, address and your profile photo URL.
The Nasc application can access your device camera or photo gallery for in-app features.
We will collect Information about you when you interact with us such as when you report a problem, contact or communicate with us.
Nasc does not access your contacts, device ID, call information, bluetooth connection information or Wi-Fi connection information for in-app features.
Nasc does not access or store any financial or payment information pertaining to in-app purchases.
Geolocation data, which is any Information which indicates the geographical position of your device and which may include the time the location was recorded, and may include precise (e.g., GPS-level) location data.
Nasc and/or your device may provide options for you to control the use and/or sharing of precise device location data.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We may use the information we collect to:

Deliver Nasc to you and ensure optimal functionality and operation.
Provide you with customer support.
Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services, or content.
Enforce our term, conditions and policies and communicate all updates and changes with you.
Manage and improve the Nasc application. For this purpose, we may use and combine your Information which we collect across different Nasc app installs used by you or your organisation.
When we collect your precise geolocation data via Global Positioning System (GPS) networks, we do so to provide you with our location-related app features, for example to provide you with the option to confirm your current address.

Cookies, Identifiers and Data Analysis

We may collect certain device data and electronic identifiers such as the device identifier provided by your device operating system, your operating system details and the name of your mobile carrier. For example, if you have an Android device, "Android Ad IDs", may be collected. Other identifiers collected may include IP addresses, Android ID for Android platform, make and model of the device, (together with the IDFAs, the "App Identifiers").

When you use the Nasc application, we may use the App Identifiers to facilitate access and to help us recognize you across different Nasc accounts. This will enable you to use the application, to personalize your experience, to increase security and measure the use and effectiveness of our application. You can block certain App Identifiers by changing the settings of your device.

We also collect information about how and when you use Nasc. This includes the amount of times you used the Nasc Application, which parts of it you viewed and other technical data such as country settings and timestamps.

Nasc is a mobile-only app and cannot be used in a standard web browser, therefore does not use website cookies.

How We Protect Your Information and Privacy

The security and confidentiality of your Information is very important to us, so we take security measures, including physical, electronic and procedural measures, to help safeguard your information from unauthorized access and disclosure.
We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Information against the unauthorized access, destruction or alteration of your information.
All data is transmitted securely using HTTPs protocol.
Please know that, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. So, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your transmissions to us and of your Personal Information that we store.
Nasc does not sell your personal information to third parties, or publicly disclose any personal or sensitive data.
Nasc complies with all EU privacy, data security, and data protection laws, directives, regulations, and rules.
Nasc accesses, uses and processes EU Personal Information for purposes consistent with the consent obtained from the individual to whom the EU Personal Information relates;

Information Relating to Children

Nasc is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that Information has been collected from a person under the age of 13, we will delete this Information and terminate the person's account as quickly as possible. If you believe that we may have Information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us at dev@mindsapplied.io and we will promptly delete that Information.

Where We Store Your Information

The Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of your country and the European Economic Area ("EEA") and, in particular, the US, which may have different or less protective privacy laws than those in your country. The Information may also be processed by any service providers appointed by us who operate outside the EEA and their staff, and/or our own staff based outside of the EEA. By submitting or permitting us to collect your Information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing outside of the EEA. Information transferred will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How Long We Store Your Information

We will keep your Information for as long as is necessary to provide you with Nasc application access and services and for us to comply with our obligations under this Privacy Policy and by law. We may retain data after you cease using the Nasc application, for instance, for operational, auditing, content or to analyze and improve the way we provide our services.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may change how we collect and then use Personal Information at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you either by posting the changed Privacy Policy on the Platform or by sending an email to you. We will also update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we let you know of changes through an email communication, then the date on which we send the email will be deemed to be the date of your receipt of that email.

It’s important that you review the changed Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to agree to the changed Privacy Policy, then we will not be able to continue providing the Nasc Application to you, and your only option will be to stop accessing the application and deactivate your Nasc account.

Data Deletion

Uninstallation and removal methods vary depending on your device. To uninstall and remove the Nasc application, please use the application manager provided with your device or consult your device manual or online instructions provided by the device provider for reference.

Access to and Choices Regarding Your Information:

You have the right to access Information held about you or require it to be modified (if inaccurate) or deleted. Your right of access can be exercised by contacting us using the details set out below. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the Information we hold about you.

We endeavor to keep your information accurate, complete and up to date. If your Personal Information that we hold is inaccurate, please let us know and we will make the necessary amendments, erase or block the relevant information and notify you of your request that the relevant action has been taken.

You may also request the erasure of your personal data if you believe we are otherwise in breach of relevant data protection legislation. All requests should be addressed to dev@mindsapplied.io. There is no charge for making such a request.
